WARRANTY COVERAGE
Duration: The warranty period for all WE ARE BLOKES products is 30 DAYS from the original delivery date.
Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal and intended use of the product. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper handling of the product.

In the form, we will request information such as your full name, order number, product name or reference, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant images or videos showing the problem (if applicable). If you still have the packaging, please attach a photo of the side showing the barcode.
Evaluation: Once your case has been received via the form, our customer service team will review your warranty claim promptly. In some cases, we may need additional information or clarification to effectively process your claim.
Resolution: If the issue is found to be covered under the warranty policy, we will either repair or replace the defective product, depending on the nature of the problem and product availability.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
1-Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
2-Normal wear and tear, including minor aesthetic damage and superficial scratches.
3-Products purchased more than 30 days prior to the warranty claim.
4-Failure to follow washing and care instructions.
5-Use of incorrect sizing.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns of items that are damaged, used, or missing their original packaging or tags.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

2. If your request is approved, a LINK TO OUR RETURN CENTER will be sent to complete the return.
3. Add the tracking number to the form once you’ve shipped the package.
4. If the form doesn’t work for you, you can email us at info@weareblokes.co with the following information:
• Full name used in the purchase
• Order number
• Complete shipping address
• Phone number and email
• Reason for the return
• Photos or videos of the issue (if applicable)
SHIPPING COSTS
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• WE ARE BLOKES covers the shipping cost of the replacement product for approved exchanges.
• Express shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
REFUNDS
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.
• The process can take up to 10 business days.
• If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear within 5 to 10 business days after processing.
• If you paid with PayPal, the refund will go to your PayPal account. You may choose to keep it there or transfer it to your bank account.
EXCHANGES
• Exchanges are available for full-price and sale items (excluding final sale products).
• Once your return is received and approved, we’ll create a new order with the requested item.
• If the new item has a higher value, we’ll send you a payment link for the difference.
• You’ll be notified via email with the shipping details and tracking number of the replacement.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
• G-string underwear, G-string swimwear, and G-string harnesses are final sale: no returns or exchanges allowed.
• Underwear and sale items (excluding the exceptions above) may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
• International customers may request a refund or store credit only.
• All taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
TAXES AND DUTIES
• Orders within the U.S. are not subject to taxes or duties.
• Orders to Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Latin America may be subject to local taxes, calculated at checkout.

IMPORTANT:
All products from WE ARE BLOKES are carefully inspected before being shipped. Once dispatched, the responsibility for the merchandise lies with the customer until it reaches our returns center. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you ensure the package is properly secured and protected to avoid any damage during transit.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging, including care and composition labels. Once we receive your return, our team will thoroughly inspect each item.
Exchanges may be requested only under the following conditions:
1. Size exchange, when it’s evident that the product is unused, in original packaging, with tags and all elements intact, and the size clearly does not correspond to the customer's usual fit.
2. Purchase withdrawal, within the applicable legal time frame.
In both cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products from WE ARE BLOKES are NOT eligible for Free Returns.
Each of our product pages includes clear sizing warnings and a detailed size chart to help you choose the right fit and avoid any inconvenience.
If the returned products meet the conditions outlined above, we will process a refund for the purchase price only, excluding any shipping costs.
If we detect any unusual return behavior —such as repeated purchases followed by excessive returns, or returned items that do not match what was originally ordered— WE ARE BLOKES reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the associated account(s). If you believe this has happened in error, please contact us. Additionally, we reserve the right to take legal action if the returned items do not match the original order.

- These destinations cannot use FedEx or DHL. Orders selecting these carriers will be automatically canceled.
TAXES & DUTIES
USA ORDERS:
- Sales tax is automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout, based on local state regulations.
- WE ARE BLOKES complies with tax requirements across all states where applicable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
- If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid separately upon delivery.
FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNS DUE TO SHIPPING ISSUES
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or returned due to address errors or failed delivery attempts, contact us within 7 business days of the last tracking update.
- WE ARE BLOKES is not responsible for packages lost due to carrier errors or customer address mistakes.
- Reshipments may require an additional shipping fee unless it was a ShipBob or WE ARE BLOKES error.
- If a package is returned as "undeliverable", we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.
