Warranty Coverage
Duration: The warranty period for all WE ARE BLOKES products is 30 DAYS from the original delivery date.
Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal and intended use of the product. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper handling of the product.
Warranty Claims
Create a Case: If you encounter an issue covered by this warranty within the 30-DAY period, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

You can follow up on your case by contacting our dedicated customer service team at info@weareblokes.co.

In the form, we will request information such as your full name, order number, product name or reference, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant images or videos showing the problem (if applicable). If you still have the packaging, please attach a photo of the side showing the barcode.
Evaluation: Once your case has been received via the form, our customer service team will review your warranty claim promptly. In some cases, we may need additional information or clarification to effectively process your claim.
Resolution: If the issue is found to be covered under the warranty policy, we will either repair or replace the defective product, depending on the nature of the problem and product availability.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.

Normal wear and tear, including minor aesthetic damage and superficial scratches.
